Manager of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)

What you will do

As a QHSE Manager at Otolift Stairlifts, you play a central role within a dynamic environment. You are responsible for implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System. This involves conducting both internal and external quality audits and ensuring a proper supplier process. Your excellent communication skills and experience leading a team of quality engineers enable you to train a small team of quality employees within Otolift. You can also effectively pass on your knowledge of national and international legislation to them. In short: you enhance awareness about quality and quality assurance within Otolift and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of this continually improves. Your tasks also include:

• You ensure continuous improvement and unification of quality processes within the Otolift organization (in the Netherlands and abroad).
• You are responsible for the certification of products according to specific norms and legislation.
• You make proposals for improvement processes and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements, standards and legislation.
• Supervising the warranty handling process.
• Analyze and discuss complaints with those responsible to prevent recurrence.
• Carry out Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) when applicable.
• Reporting to the CEO.

**What we expect from you**
• You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in a QM role in the international electrical and mechanical industry with own production facilities.
• You have an eye for detail, a curious mind, and are capable of conducting in-depth research and investigating issues.
• You have experience with risk management, problem solving and knowledge of quality management systems and quality standards
• You have experience in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• You are willing to travel internationally (EU passport required).
• You are Dutch and English speaking.
